The following terms & conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, prices and contact details. These terms cannot be varied except when given in writing by the Director of A4AYURVEDA - “ANANDAM GREEN SOLUTIONS”

Terms of Sale
  1. When you place an order, we will confirm the acceptance of the order by sending you an automated email to your email address. This does not constitute a contract to supply.
    We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company for any reason.
    We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on this website.
  2. We use all reasonable endeavours to adhere to the delivery times set.
  3. All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT, where applicable. The product prices do not include delivery charges.
  4. The overseas deliveries – It is deemed that the purchase is in India. As requested by you, we will deliver to the overseas address. You should be aware of the import laws for the products and pay the necessary taxes in that country ( if applicable)
  5. Once you have paid for the goods, the title for the goods will pass to you.
 
Capacity to Contract
  1. You must be over 18 years old and should have means to pay for the goods you have ordered from our website.
 
Delivery Policy & Costs
All online orders will be completed only with the payment of the system generated delivery cost. For  mail order/e-mail and phone orders contact@a4ayurveda.com
 

For all mainland and overseas deliveries the cost of carriage is calculated by weight and country. Orders will be dispatched as soon as practicable  by our service via Private courier services or India Post, whichever is more suitable.
 
Out of Stock Items
When we process the order, if there are items that are not in stock we will endeavour to get them from our suppliers as soon as practicable. We will keep you informed of the items that will follow .
 

If our supplier is unable to supply the goods then we will refund the full amount of the goods not delivered directly to your credit / debit card.
 
Product Information & Allergy Advice
The products show on the website with information, dietary flags, photographs, and pack sizes are all for illustrative purposes and general advice. Though we believe them to be correct they cannot be guaranteed.
 
We try and keep up to date with the changes to packages, dietary information and ingredients. However we may not always be as up to date as we would like so please always check the details on the packaging before using. This is very important if you have allergic reactions to any ingredients.

All the products on this website contain herbal oils, natural oils, essential oils, herbs and other substance. Some individuals may be allergic or sensitive to some of these ingredients. The onus is on the purchaser to check the ingredients before you purchase the products.

Under the principles of the Data Protection Act we need to inform you that we hold a record of all the details we need for setting your order up and servicing you as a customer.

We are able to take payment from the major credit/debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express etc.. through the Paypal payment gateway.
 
Charges to your credit card will be shown as ANANDAM GREEN SOLUTIONS or A4AYURVEDA .
 
If we are refused authority for payment at any stage, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you.
 
Credit Card Safety

A4AYURVEDA - “ANANDAM GREEN SOLUTIONS” relies on the technology provided by the payment gateway company. Currently we use Paypal to receive payments. You can place your orders using the Paypal system or you can use online fund transfer from your bank account to our bank by using your net banking facility. For details: contact@a4ayurveda.com. Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.
 
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have bought, please return it to us within 10 days for a full refund. No refund will be given if the products are returned after 10 days from the delivery date. We regret, however, that we cannot refund return postage costs.
 

In the unlikely event that any of the items you have ordered were delivered to you in a less than perfect condition, please contact Customer Services within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order by informing us of this by e-mailing us at contact@a4ayurveda.com any time up to seven days from receiving delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken.  If it is food item this policy will be delt on a case by case basis. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier. Please attach a note showing all your contact details such as name address, date of order, and copy of the invoice. Send the goods and information to: A4AYURVEDA , Raheem Residency,Beach Road, Alleppey – 688012,Kerala, India. In the event you cancel the order prior to receiving the goods we reserve the right to charge you 7.5% of the charged/transacted amount as administration fees to cover the credit card and administration costs.
 
Items Not Received
In the unlikely event that you do not receive the order with 14 days, please inform us immediately. We will resend the order.
